In compliance with the Law on the commercial sector, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 4, of the Law of 15 March 1997, n. 59th Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts

Right of withdrawal:

The purchased goods may be returned upon written notice (e-mail, letter, whatsapp) within 14 days of receipt, indicating the number of invoice,  name and address.

The customer can decide to obtain: - the refund of the amount paid - the replacement with another item at choice - a Gift Certificate to be used for subsequent purchases.

Goods must be returned ex warehouse in good condition conservation. The credit will promptly upon receipt the goods in the same way previously used for the payment thereof,  unless otherwise agreed.

Prices:

For UE customers, all prices quoted, both goods and service costs (shipping, costs of payement) are inclusive of VAT.

Payements and Freigt Costs:

Payng with Credit Cards through the secure website of PayPal has no costs charged to the onsumer and includes a guarantee in case of delivery problems.

Payement in advance with Bank Tranfer may occur additional costs from the Bank of the Consumer.

Transport costs varies depending of the Country of destination, it is possible to calculate them in advance from our website, goods travel at risk of the Consumer.

Delivery time:

The timing of order fulfillment is of 1 or 2 working days, therefore the goods are entrusted to the Courier.

If the items ordered were unavailable, the Consumer will be promptly contacted to make appropiate arrangements.

Duration of Agreement:

If the consumer fails to make the payement of the order within 4 working days, the contract will be canceled with removal of the order.

Warranty and support:

The goods are covered by legal guarantee. The assistance pre-sale and post-sale is performed by the Seller:
